If you have been away from the club for awhile and you need to renew your membership, or if you are coming out and bringing a friend to participate in some way (liability waiver required), you can make things easier when you get here Just print and complete the appropriate forms so that you, or your guest, will have them signed, and ready to go when you get to the club.
