Good to here from you. We are at 15.00N heading nearly straight for you. That put us about 1,436 nm miles south for the Azores. We are currently 8 days away if we cannot make any better speed than we are right now, which is about 180 nm per day. Hopefully that will change when we get a little further north and above the bad current we are currently fighting which is about 2 nm hit. The wind from here on is supposed to clock around more to our starboard and increase a little. It 02:30 Azores time and pitch black. We are sailing at point of about 30-35 degrees with a speed over ground to you of about 7.8 nm. Through the water speed is about 10 nm. Our course is a magnetic 10 +/-.

See if there is anyone in the Azores that has a new B&G Fluxgate Compass for sale. If so I will want to buy it. That would save us from hand steering all the time.

In addition, check out the closest and best food store so we can resupply. We all will be looking for a good meal, so please find a place near the harbour if possible.

See you on the 3rd unless winds change.

Ni from Finalmente in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.
