We just arrived (23:30) here in Fernando de Noronha. It is now 24:00 and we are at anchor. We had two very nice days of sailing with nice calm seas and winds of 10-14 nm. We sailed all the way averaging about 8 nm over the ground. We only had to start the engines the last 1-1/2 hours to make the approach to this island easier. Along the way we were hit by several small rain showers. Not to many and not to bad. Just enough to help keep the boat clean.

We will spend the night here and leave tomorrow for the Azores. Before leaving we will motor around a little to take a look at the leeward side of the island and maybe swim a little. But I am sure we will leave before the afternoon.

Please say hello to everyone for me and our crew.

We are planning to make the Azores bt the 30th of April and Genoa Italy by the 17th of May.

Bye for now.
